BIG BIZ TOLD UFOS ARE REAL
(Click to enlarge.) TAKE ME TO YOUR ACCOUNT TEAM LEADER: Graphic summary of GCF discussions by Sunni Brown reveals prominence of ET contact and new energy systems.Remember when Presidential candidate Ross Peroit was ridiculed for believing in aliens? Think about it.By Michael E. Salla, Ph.D. EXO News At $5,000 a ticket, some business leaders got more than they bargained for when they attended the first day of the Global Competitiveness Forum (GCF) being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They were told flying saucers are real, and they had better start thinking about the business implications of extraterrestrial life and technologies. Convened each year by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, the GCF brings together business and political leaders to discuss ways of promoting business competitiveness. For the first time at its annual conference, the GCF held a panel discussing UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Titled “Learning from Outer Space” the panel comprised five speakers who all endorsed the view that extraterrestrial life is real, and has many implications for the world as we know it. The panel was held on January 23, and was a “main plenary” session meaning all GCF participants were able to attend and hear what the experts had to say about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Up to 1000 participants included business and political elites such as former British and Canadian Prime Ministers, Tony Blair and Jean Chretien; Jim Albaugh, President and CEO of Boeing; Andy Bird, chairman of Walt Disney International; Jared Cohen, Director of Google ideas, and many others. The advice they got was that the issue of extraterrestrial life is real, and they better start paying attention to the business implications. Here’s how the GCF summarized the panel presentations on its website: Learning from Outer Space – PanelThe unconventional and highly relevant topic of extraterrestrial life forms was addressed by yesterday’s panel discussion “Contact: Learning from Outer Space”. Experts Zoaghloul El-Naggar, Dr. Stanton Friedman, Michio Kaku, Nick Pope and Jacques Vallee made compelling cases for the existence of living beings elsewhere in the galaxy, drawing upon empirical evidence, religious theology and logical reasoning. Friedman opened his remarks with a bold statement, “Flying saucers are real!” and this summed up the perspective of the panel members. Mr. Pope explored the potential business implications of outer space, such as the profitability of alien branding or sponsorship. While El-Naggar was also convinced of their existence, he raised the interesting point that it may not be ethical to spend resources trying to contact alien societies when we still face war and poverty in our own society. Vallee encouraged more academics to analyze the evidence. However, on behalf of his successful Venture Capital fund, he said, “We are not ready to invest in this type of research, but we think that somebody should.” The 2011 GCF conference panel on Outer Space has opened the door for world business leaders to seriously consider the implications of evidence concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life. A graphic summarizing GCF discussions by artist, Sunni Brown (top right), reveals the prominence given to issues of extraterrestrial contact and the overwhelming changes new energies will bring to humanity. Business leaders are poised to do what political leaders have so far failed to do – proactively deal with compelling evidence that we are being visited by galactic civilizations who have advanced technologies to share with humanity. * * *Source Originally published on January 25, 2011, with the headline "World Business Leaders Told Flying Saucers Are Real & Extraterrestrials Exist"
'PRESIDENT' OBAMA NOT U.S. BORN
MAYBE TRY A KENYA HOSPITAL: Happy Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie. (Better make that Needy Jabber-Crummy.)By Ed GauthierStaff Whistle-Blower Loud-mouthed anti-Birther and Governor Neil Abercrombie of Hawaii was forced to admit in an interview published yesterday that a standard long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for President Barack Obama, currently holding the top leadership office of the Unired States, does not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health, despite Abercrombie's many previous claims that it did. Ironically, the day before the interview it was Martin Luther King Day, and this month also marks the third anniversary of Obama taking the oath of office. Abercrombie told the Honolulu Star Advertiser that he was searching within the Hawaii Department of Health to find definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii, because the continuing eligibility controversy could end up hurting the President's chances of re-election in 2012, which is putting it mildly. Toward the end of the interview, the newspaper asked Abercrombie, "You stirred up quite a controversy with your comments regarding birthers and your plan to release more information regarding President Barack Obama's birth certificate. How is that coming?" In his response, Abercrombie acknowledged that not finding the birth certificate is an issue that will have "political implications" for the next presidential election "that we simply cannot have." Suggesting he was still intent on producing more birth records on Obama from the Hawaii Department of Health vital records vault, Abercrombie told the newspaper there was a recording of the Obama birth in the state archives that he wants to make public, but was unable to locate the actual original for real proof, knowing that the recordings are merely copies which anyone could manufacture at any time. The governor further suggested that his investigations so far had identified an unspecified listing or notation of Obama's birth that someone had made in the state archives. "It was actually written, I am told, this is what our investigation is showing, it actually exists in the archives, written down," Abercrombie said. For the first time, Abercrombie frankly acknowledged that presidential politics motivated his search for Obama birth records, implying that failure to resolve the questions that remain unanswered about the President's birth and early life may damage his chance for re-election. "If there is a political agenda (regarding Obama's birth certificate), then there is nothing I can do about that, nor can the President," he said. So far, the only birth document available on Obama is a Hawaii Certification of Live Birth that first appeared on the Internet during the 2008 presidential campaign. It was posted by two purportedly independent websites that have displayed a strong partisan bias for Obama – Snopes.com released the COLB in June 2008, and FactCheck.org published photographs of the document in August 2008. Such certification copies could also have easily been logged by Obama's grandparents, whether or not he was actually born in Hawaii. And so the wait for the proof to vindicate the undocumented President continues. Most members of the media feel that if a major Obama-booster like Abercrombie couldn't find the original, then nobody can. Which means that those determined Birthers have been right the whole time! Therefore EVERYTHING Obama signed - Iraq and Afghanistan war orders, no-public-option healthcare, rip-off bank bailouts, etc., is now NULL AND VOID! So the wars are over and we don't owe anyone anything! All that's left now is figuring out who will temporarily take Obama's place before someone else is elected in 2012. That substitute would most likely be either Hillary Clinton or John McCain - your "choice"! UPDATE: Linda Lingle was the Hawaii Governor immediately previous to Abercrombe. Below is a brief article featuring her quote on Obama. (She later tried to reverse her story, and most mentions of it were removed from the web, but of course it was too late to catch them all!) CSUN Journalism Alum, Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle Not Campaigning For Barack Obama By Paul Theroux October 31, 2008 5:48AM Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle is not only campaigning against Barack obama - she's insinuating he's not even from there. A few weeks ago, the Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, said, "Senator Obama likes to say he's from Hawaii. But, the truth is, I've never met him in my life. He's never called me on the phone. "Ninety-five percent of the people in my state had never heard of him before he ran for President."
FCC OKAYS NBC/COMCAST MERGER
FRANKEN: FCC DESERVES A SPANKIN'! Can you say "monopoly"?Email date: 1/18/11 From: Al Franken - U.S. Senator, Minnesota Dear Ed, A big disappointment today: The FCC and the Department of Justice have signed off on the Comcast/NBC merger, paving the way for a single enormous media conglomerate to obtain unprecedented control over the flow of information in our country. I’ll be candid with you: This is an awful development for those of us who care about media consolidation. It will restrict your freedom of choice and raise your cable and Internet bills. And it could pave the way for even more media mergers and even less room for independent voices in the media. But the fight’s not over. We’re building a grassroots movement to stand up to the special interests and stand up for middle class consumers. And every time an American learns more about what’s at stake in this fight, our movement grows stronger. Help to strengthen our grassroots movement -- share this message on FACEBOOK and TWITTER! I know that these corporate elites have all the money and lots of influence -- even, it appears, with President Obama’s Department of Justice and an FCC chaired by one of his appointees. And I know that this decision only validates their efforts to silence critics and punish dissenters. But I’ve also seen how hard many of you worked to raise our collective voices and warn of the danger posed by corporate control of the media. And I’m confident that, if we take today’s setback as a cue to work even harder, we’ll win in the end and keep our media free. I’ll be in touch soon to talk about next steps. Thanks for standing with me, Al Franken P.S. -- Remember, we can only stand up to the financial power of the corporate special interests with people power. So please share this message on Facebook and Twitter!
ILLINOIS JACKS TAXES TO 66%
(CBS File Photo) CHAMBERS OF HAY HIKE HORROR: Beware the sinister State Senate of ill Illinois!SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (CBS) – By a single vote, Illinois lawmakers approved a 66 percent increase to the personal income tax overnight. Democratic state lawmakers have said the tax hike is necessary to get the state’s outstanding bills paid. Around 1 a.m. Wednesday, the Illinois Senate approved the tax hike by a vote of 30 to 29. The Illinois House approved the tax hike on Tuesday evening, by a vote of 60 to 57. Gov. Pat Quinn still must sign the bill into law, but he has supported a tax hike all along, although this plan is double what he originally said he’d support. But Quinn agreed to the deal in closed-door meetings with top Democratic lawmakers this week and he was on the Senate floor when the vote was taken. The hike increases the state’s personal income tax rate from 3 percent to 5 percent. In real numbers, if your gross income is $50,000 a year, your state income taxes will rise from $1,500 to $2,500 a year. As CBS 2′s Susanna Song reports, the tax hike wasn’t sitting well with Chicago residents Wednesday morning. She spoke with dozens of commuters Wednesday and none of them supported the tax increase. “I don’t like that. I’m already losing enough money,” one woman said. “My taxes are high, so I just really … I’m really struggling as is,” another woman said. WIKILEAKS ALSO DOES UFOS?
CAPITALIST PIGS HATE E.T.S? DA! First WikiLeaks cable mentioning UFOs released. (And hopefully not the last.)The following is based on an article published yesterday in the EU Times:UNITED KINGDOM - - A new report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared for President Medvedev by Russian Space Forces (VKS) 45th Division of Space Control reveals that an upcoming WikiLeaks release of secret US cables details that Americans have been “engaged” since 2004 in a “war” against UFOs, based on or near the Continent of Antarctica, particularly the Southern Ocean. According to this report, the United States went to its highest alert level on June 10, 2004 after a massive fleet of UFOs “suddenly emerged” from the Southern Ocean and approached Guadalajara, Mexico barely 1,600 kilometers (1,000 miles) from the American border. Prior to reaching the US border, however, this massive UFO fleet is said in thisreport to have “dimensionally returned” to their Southern Ocean “home base”. The fears of Americans regarding these Southern Ocean UFO’s began, this report says, during the unprecedented events of July 11, 1991 (referred to as 7/11) when during the Solar Eclipse these mysterious aircraft appeared by the hundreds over nearly all of Mexico, even their Capital city. Most notable about the events of 7/11 were that as millions of Mexicans were watching on their televisions the National broadcasts of these UFO’s over Mexico City, the American media refused to allow their people to view it. Project Management Certification OnlinePMP Certification - OnlineThe Nation's Leading Online Project Management Course from Villanova University. 100% Online! Since 2004, this report continues, fleets of Southern Ocean UFO’s have continued to emerge from their bases, with the latest such event being this Friday past when another of their massive fleets was sighted over the South American Nation of Chile. The “immediate danger” to our World when these massive UFO fleets emerge from the Southern Ocean, this report warns, are the massive waves caused by their sudden eruption from what are believed to be their underwater base, or bases. In the past week alone, the Clelia II, an Antarctic cruise ship with 160 people onboard, was nearly capsized when hit by waves generated by these UFO’s emerging from the Southern Ocean, and just today the Number One Insung has been reported sunk with only 20 of its 42 member crew said saved due to the same cause. Interesting to note in this report is its confirming our October 14th report US Shuts Down New York City Airspace Over UFO ‘Threat’ that these same Southern Ocean UFO’s were responsible for the closing of the airspace over New York City this past fall (October 13th) when they “appeared” openly and were witnessed by tens of thousands of people, and which, coincidentally, occurred during the same time frame as the mysterious Crystal Skulls of the ancient South American peoples were being exhibited there too. Even more interesting to note is that the mysterious earthquakes being reported in the Gulf of Aden (where another “extraterrestrial” event is currently ongoing and we had reported on in our December 1st report Mysterious ‘Vortex’ Warned Is Creating Global Weather Catastrophe) are now being reported occurring in the Southern Ocean too. This report goes on to state that after WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange warned last week that he would begin releasing secret US cables relating to these Southern Ocean UFO’s, and the Americans “war” against them, he was immediately arrested by British Police on trumped up charges issued by the Swedish government which in our December 8th report, Global Rebellion Erupts After “Unprotected Sex Meets Disrobed Governments,” we noted were engineered against him as a “classic” CIA “Honey Trap.”
GOVT ADMITS FLUORIDE ERROR
FROM COLGATE TO FLUORIDEGATE: Too much fluoride in water, government says at last.By E.J. GauthierDedicated Tom's Of Maine User [CNS] Atlanta, GA - - Fluoride in drinking water - once credited with dramatically cutting cavities and tooth decay - may now finally be considered too much of a "good" thing by government medical sources. For starters, getting too much of it causes spots on kids' teeth. A reported increase in the spotting problem is one reason the federal government will announce later today that it plans to lower the recommended levels for fluoride in water supplies — the first such change in nearly 50 years. About two out of five adolescents have tooth streaking or spottiness because of too much fluoride, a surprising government study found recently. In some extreme cases, teeth can even be pitted by the mineral — though many cases are so mild only dentists notice it. Health officials note that most communities have fluoride in their water supplies, and toothpaste has it too. Some kids are even given fluoride supplements. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is announcing a proposal to change the recommended fluoride level to 0.7 milligrams per liter of water. And the Environmental Protection Agency will review whether the maximum cutoff of five milligrams per liter is too high. The standard since 1962 has been a range of 0.7 to 1.2 milligrams per liter. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that the splotchy tooth condition, fluorosis, is unexpectedly common in kids ages 12 through 15. And it appears to have grown much more common since the 1980s. "One of the things that we're most concerned about is exactly that," said an administration official who was not authorized to speak publicly before the release of the report. The official described the government's plans in an interview with The Associated Press. Story: Kids' radiation exposure common and dangerous The government also is expected to release two related EPA studies which look at the ways Americans are exposed to fluoride and the potential health effects. This shift is sure to re-energize groups that still oppose it. Fluoride is a mineral that exists naturally in water and soil. About 70 years ago, scientists discovered that people who lived where water supplies naturally had more fluoride also had fewer cavities. Some locales have naturally occurring fluoridation levels above 1.2. Today, most public drinking water supplies are fluoridated, especially in larger cities. Counting everyone, including those who live in rural areas, about 64 percent of Americans drink fluoridated water. Maryland is the most fluoridated state, with nearly every resident on a fluoridated water system. In contrast, only about 11 percent of Hawaii residents are on fluoridated water, according to government statistics. Fluoridation has been fought for decades by people who worried about its effects, including conspiracy theorists who feared it was a plot to make people submissive to government power. Those battles continue. "It's amazing that people have been so convinced that this is an OK thing to do," said Deborah Catrow, who successfully fought a ballot proposal in 2005 that would have added fluoride to drinking water in Springfield, Ohio. Reducing fluoride would be a good start, but she hopes it will be eliminated all together from municipal water supplies. Voters in Springfield, which is near Dayton, turned down the measure 57 to 43 percent in 2005. They also rejected the idea in the 1970s. Catrow said it was hard standing up to city hall, the American Dental Association and the state health department. "Anybody who was anti-fluoride was considered crazy at the time," she said. Drinking water patterns have changed over the years, so that some stark regional differences in fluoride consumption are leveling out. There was initially a range in recommended levels because people in hotter climates drank more water. But with air conditioning, Americans in the South and Southwest don't necessarily consume more water than those in colder states, said one senior administration official. Fluorosis is considered the main downside related to fluoridation. According to the CDC, nearly 23 percent of children ages 12-15 had fluorosis in a study done in 1986 and 1987. That rose to 41 percent in the more recent study, which covered the years 1999 through 2004. (BTW, it's been known since the 1930s that fluoride blocks thyroid function. It was then that German scientists first experimented with it upon patients with hyper thyroid problems. In the 1940s, Nazis used fluoride as a method to slow down prisoners in concentration camps, making them more docile and less likely to stir things up.) Health officials had called water fluoridation one of the 10 greatest public health accomplishments of the 20th century. But now finally, they're admitting to the first cracks - or we should say spots - in that outlandish claim! UPDATE: On January 31, it was reported that 50% of the fluoride now in the water will be removed. (Only half of what we need to happen, but given the previous government stand that fluoride is harmless, it's a decent start.)
